As a former professional Broadway dancer, I have always been driven by athleticism and movement. Fitness has evolved greatly over the years and I have enjoyed being a part of the journey, from high impact aerobics in the early 90’s, to bootcamp style workouts, body sculpt classes, spin classes, yoga, and more. My extensive experience covers a wide scope of the fitness industry, and includes accredited certifications in personal training, yoga, and nutrition. Whether you are an athlete looking to take your sport to the next level, someone with chronic injury seeking to alleviate pain through increased flexibility and strength, or someone who has never worked out before, my sessions are designed to balance hardcore with heart. As your trainer, I create workout plans specifically tailored to you, as there is no goal more important to me than guiding you to your optimal health and fitness. 

STRENGTH TRAINING

Beyond building muscle and becoming physically stronger, there are a multitude of health benefits to strength training:

  • Boosts metabolism, which allows you to burn more calories at rest.

YOGA

I became a certified instructor at YogaWorks in 

the 1990s and continue to consider the practice of yoga 

extraordinarily beneficial both for me and my clients.

Every person has their own unique relationship with food.  As a certified nutrition coach, I will work with you to create the best possible nutrition plan for optimizing a long-lasting, healthy lifestyle.
